Rental Properties

Available properties are listed below. Property will not be shown in person until received an application for each adult over 18 wishing to occupy the property and have verified applicant information. We do not accept housing vouchers and criminal background checks are performed on every prospective applicant over the age of 18.

Calls regarding rental properties or applications outside of our normal business hours will not be returned until the following business day. Return completed applications with proof of income to office@aceairinc.com or fax to 918-227-2948.

Requirements:

Proof of income. Monthly rent amount cannot be more than 1/3 of your monthly NET income.
No Previous Evictions
At least 2 years previous rental history
Clean Criminal Record
No smoking or vaping inside property
No subletting
Pet restrictions and deposit will apply
- No inside animals weighing over 20lbs.
- Two pets maximum at property and pet fee per pet must be paid.
- Proof of rabies & distemper vaccines required.
- All cats and dogs must be spayed or neutered. Inside cats must be declawed.
- Assistive animals will be counted toward the maximum number of pets allowed and will be held responsible for damages.
Rental Insurance is required. Tenant must carry at least $300,000 Personal Liability and $5,000 Medical/Injury in addition to their personal property protection. Ace Air, Inc must be listed as additionally insured or as an interested property.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities at property.
